Shipping

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wrist Stylist.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays).  Orders place on the weekend will be fulfilled the following Monday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significate delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates.

We offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders.  Delivery is usually 3-5 days once it leaves our location.  We ship within 48 hours unless an item is back ordered in which case we will notify you.

International Shipping Rates

We ship to Canada and Mexico.  Rates are $16 for all orders under $30 and $75 for orders over $30.

P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses.

Wrist Stylist ships to addresses with the U.S., U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking.

During the checkout process, you will be asked for an email address.  Shipping notifications and tracking information will be sent to the provided email address.

Customs, Duties and Taxes.

Wrist Stylist is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Losses.

We assume responsibility if your package is lost or damaged during shipment.  In the case of a lost package, please contact us and provide your tracking information, so that we can verify that the package was never delivered and send out a replacement. If a package arrives damaged, please contact us with the details.  For verification, you may be required to submit a photo of the damaged item.  Once verified, a replacement will be shipped out immediately.

Once the U.S. Postal service tracking indicates that an item has been delivered, Wrist Stylist will have fulfilled our obligation to you as the retailer; assuming the item arrived undamaged.  Once an item has been delivered in good condition, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the item is secured from the mail box.  Wrist Stylist can not be held liable for merchandise that has been stolen from your property.
